Youth Work

Threesixty Volunteers:

threesixty: a Christian gap year

This enables young people to give a year of their life and join Oasis at one of our UK community hubs - delivering youth work, community work, engaging church, mentoring, working with primary schools to support transitition, and developing positive youth and community projects.

Threesixty with Oasis is about bringing transformation to the community; including emotional, physical, social, spiritual, environmental; It's a gap year. It's about changing your world.

Threesixty's is about doing, getting stuck in and learning on the job.

It helps you learn skills from youth work to community development. It's all grounded in good theory and theology - it is about living out a real transforming life within the Christian faith.

In Immingham there are two Oasis threesixty volunteers, Sam from Ipswich and Michelle from Kent. They will be working at the academy and within the community to further develop projects and at the same time as bringing their own skills and ideas.

Youth Work Training

The academy is providing youth work training to young people and members of the community with a aim to encourage them to engage more positively within their community.

For more information on any of the above, please contact Shane Linford at shane.linford@oasisimmingham.org for more details.

Aye mate! And welcome to limbo! Problem: I have no idea what page you're trying to work on. You need to define a body ID in the template, then turn on the necessary rows and columns in layout.css. Arrrrgh!
