Sixth Form

Since moving into our new multi-million pound building in January, the Oasis Academy Immingham Sixth Form has gone from strength to strength.

Our Sixth Formers are valued regardless of background and ability, allowing students to thrive in a secure and caring learning environment.

Many of our students are progressing onto Higher Education, apprenticeships and have secured jobs upon completion of their studies. Work placements are offered for most subjects which enables students to gain valuable work experience to make them more employable.

Staff are dedicated to helping students to unlock their potential. We have small class sizes which aids students in their learning, meaning that each Sixth Form student gains individual help and guidance from their class teacher.

The curriculum in the sixth form is inclusive; students can follow level 1, level 2 and level 3 courses at one of our three sites. We believe that we offer courses which suit all abilities and courses that will get students to where they want to be.

The excellent facilities found within the 3 Sixth Form sites are second to none. A state of the art fitness suite, TV studio, radio studio as well as a Sixth Form Cyber Cafe are amongst a few of our facilities on the main site which are open to Sixth Form students. As we get ready to move into our new Hairdressing and Beauty academy, this further exemplifies our commitment to providing the best resources and learning environments to all our students.

We are incredibly proud of what our students achieve in the Sixth Form both academically and socially. We very much look forward to welcoming our new Year 12s so that we can watch them progress and be all that they can be.
