A Welcome from Our Academy Leadership Team

We are delighted to welcome you to Oasis Academy Immingham.

At Oasis Academy Immingham, our mission remains simple: we want every child to excel in all that they do. We are committed to providing an academy where every student feels safe, valued and supported, while being challenged to achieve their very best.

We believe that every child has excellence within them. Our role is to help unlock that potential by providing excellent teaching and learning, high expectations, strong relationships and a caring environment in which every student can grow in confidence and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Our aim is for students to leave Oasis Academy Immingham with the knowledge, skills, qualifications and personal qualities they need to fulfil their ambitions and look forward to a bright and successful future.

We are proud of the strong sense of community at our academy. Every student is an important member of our Academy family, and we know that the best outcomes for young people are achieved when the academy, parents and carers, and the wider community work together. We are committed to building positive relationships with our families and ensuring that you feel informed, involved and supported throughout your child’s time with us.

As we begin this new chapter for Oasis Academy Immingham, we are pleased to be leading the academy together through the current interim leadership arrangements.

Nicola Smith, Executive Principal, is based at the academy on Mondays and Tuesdays, while Tanya Wiles, Acting Principal, is based at the academy throughout the week and leads the academy as Acting Principal on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Together, we are committed to providing strong and consistent leadership and ensuring that the academy continues to build on its strengths. Our ethos, mission and aspirations for our students remain unchanged: we want every young person at Oasis Academy Immingham to feel a strong sense of belonging, to enjoy their education and to leave us ready to thrive in the next stage of their lives.

We are incredibly proud of our students, our staff and our wider academy community, and we look forward to working closely with you.
